My salesman Treven Moneymaker was outstanding! A pleasure to work with! He was honest and straight forward. Asked numerous questions to ensure I understood all the paperwork and functionality of the vehicle. Spent almost an hour reviewing various features and continued to ask "do you have any questions before I go on?" His post sale follow up has been spectacular. He has contacted me 4 times in the past week to check on my satisfaction with my new Tahoe. This guy is going places. He will, no doubt, achieve success in this position and go on from there. Well done Treven and thank you! I'd also like to mention Jennifer Giunti! She was tough but fair and honest and was a pleasure to deal with while negotiating my deal. Her responsiveness, like Treven's, was outstanding. I never waited more than five minutes to receive a response from either of these quality individuals. Please acknowledge a great job done by both Jen and Treven!

The service was fine, but I will not be returning to your dealership to the fact that the majority of the employees were not wearing masks. This was the case INSIDE the dealership as well as outside. I thought maybe the employees in the garage were not wearing them because they were "outside." I am immuno compromised and am incredibly disappointed that the dealership is being so irresponsible and not following the state mask mandate to keep its customers and employees safe. I watched the employees carefully to see if maybe their masks were off because they were eating/drinking, or maybe they were taking a brief break. This was not the case. The MAJORITY of the employees were not wearing masks. Unacceptable.

I needed my equinox serviced urgently because of a slow leak in the back drivers side tire. Pat did a great job getting me scheduled and the work done. My wife drives the car and my grandkids are with her a lot so it was imperative that the work was performed immediately.

Pat was rude. And He never called me, I always had to call in. I have been going to this spitzer for years and never had a problem till now. Even tho I have my car back, I still don't think my car is fixed.
