This was my first time bringing my truck to Spitzer Chevy for service. I normally go to another Chevy dealership, but I was trying to find somewhere closer for Service Everything went great during my visit, but after I left, I discovered that my hitch had been removed from my truck during the service appointment. I won't go into all the details, but after retracing my steps and contacting multiple parties, I was able to confirm that the hitch was on the truck when it was at Spitzer but not after I left. When I initially called, no one was able to locate it. However, about 24 hours later, the team found the hitch and contacted me. What really stood out was how they handled the situation from that point forward. John Berryhill and the staff took the matter seriously, had an in-depth conversation with me, apologized sincerely, and accepted responsibility. They went above and beyond to make things right by reimbursing me for the cost of a new hitch as I already purchased a new one and providing some complimentary oil changes. They also used this as a training lesson for staff on how this situation should be handled going forward. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. John and his team demonstrated exactly what great customer service should look like—they owned the issue, took accountability, and resolved it fairly and professionally. Because of the way they handled the situation, I will absolutely be returning for future service. Thank you to John Berryhill and the Spitzer Chevy team for making things right.

Absolutely laughable. I had to continue to reach out to him MULTIPLE times for a simple quote (which I never got) over a 10 day period. Who in the history of time has had to track down a car sales person. I will absolutely take my business somewhere else.

Mandy was great. Very helpful. Understood my circumstances and worked around them. Wish the issue was fixed the first time, but I understand sometimes that isn't always the case.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Spitzer Chevrolet. It started when I walked into the dealership looking to purchase a new SUV for my wife. I met Isaiah at the door, and he kindly greeted me with a smile and escorted me to his desk to learn more about what I needed before showing me anything. He did a proper needs assessment to figure out exactly what I was looking for. We drove two cars, and he presented numbers on both of them, which seemed fair. I knew that my wife still needed to drive the car, so I would not be able to purchase that day. Isaiah asked all the right questions, and even though he knew I would not be buying that day, he did not hesitate to ask for my business without being pushy or obnoxious. He stayed professional throughout the whole process and was an all-around joy to work with. Before I left, the sales manager, Stephen, came over to introduce himself, make sure there was not anything they had missed, and see if there was any way they could earn my business that day. I explained that my wife would have to drive the car first, so it would not be possible. I never felt like I was being pressured to make an on-the-spot decision, which I very much appreciated. I came back a week later with my wife so that she could drive the car, and unfortunately there were just a few features missing, so she decided it was not for her. This was by no means a reflection of the brand, the dealership, or Stephen and Isaiah. The car-buying experience is one of my least favorite things in the world because of all the high-pressure sales tactics and intentionally misleading information. I did not feel that way working with Spitzer, Stephen, or Isaiah, and I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a Chevrolet to consider calling Isaiah and setting an appointment with him personally if you want to work with a true professional who will provide great service.

Great staff. Great vehicles. Great deals. Make you feel like part of the family. Can't wait to to go back!!! Something I never thought I would say about a car dealership
