Chris is the best salesman ever! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and was very patient with me while I went back and forth with myself. In the end I left with the suv I was going to buy in September anyway. There was absolutely no pressure and the price was below what I would have paid at most dealerships. Especially in my area! Now I know why my Grandpa and uncle loved Spitzer so much. They don't try to sell you anything. Literally. I have bought many cars, and I have NEVER been to a dealership or car lot where they don't try to push you into buying a car. I would recommend Spitzer, and especially Chris to anyone looking for a new or certified used car. Both he and the dealership live up to the Spitzer values and name.

This was my first time bringing my truck to Spitzer Chevy for service. I normally go to another Chevy dealership, but I was trying to find somewhere closer for Service Everything went great during my visit, but after I left, I discovered that my hitch had been removed from my truck during the service appointment. I won't go into all the details, but after retracing my steps and contacting multiple parties, I was able to confirm that the hitch was on the truck when it was at Spitzer but not after I left. When I initially called, no one was able to locate it. However, about 24 hours later, the team found the hitch and contacted me. What really stood out was how they handled the situation from that point forward. John Berryhill and the staff took the matter seriously, had an in-depth conversation with me, apologized sincerely, and accepted responsibility. They went above and beyond to make things right by reimbursing me for the cost of a new hitch as I already purchased a new one and providing some complimentary oil changes. They also used this as a training lesson for staff on how this situation should be handled going forward. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. John and his team demonstrated exactly what great customer service should look like—they owned the issue, took accountability, and resolved it fairly and professionally. Because of the way they handled the situation, I will absolutely be returning for future service. Thank you to John Berryhill and the Spitzer Chevy team for making things right.

Absolutely laughable. I had to continue to reach out to him MULTIPLE times for a simple quote (which I never got) over a 10 day period. Who in the history of time has had to track down a car sales person. I will absolutely take my business somewhere else.

Mandy was great. Very helpful. Understood my circumstances and worked around them. Wish the issue was fixed the first time, but I understand sometimes that isn't always the case.
