I found Stephen was rude and dismissive.
I found Stephen was rude and dismissive. We were ready to purchase a used vehicle without the “add ons” and wanted the inoperable back up camera fixed and also tried to get $500 below asking price. Stephen rudely said he was no negotiating and we could get the $500 off if we fixed the backup camera ourselves and paid for the $1000 add ons we did not want or need (glass etching and tracking). Even if a deal is not reached, you do not treat customers this way. I will never go there again.

Absolutely laughable. I had to continue to reach out to him MULTIPLE times for a simple quote (which I never got) over a 10 day period. Who in the history of time has had to track down a car sales person. I will absolutely take my business somewhere else.

I’m very disappointed & hope Steve resolves this issue or
I’m very disappointed & hope Steve resolves this issue or gives me my money back & I’ll find a place to do my alignment correctly. I called when I got home because my van doesn’t drive straight! The steering wheel is crooked to the right slightly in order to drive straighter, but if I put the steering wheel straight, the van will pull to the left. My indicator light showing I’m on icy roads pops on after 10 to 20 miles cause the wheels aren’t aligned properly. I wonder if the mechanic took it for a test drive. If he had, he would have seen that the steering wheel wasn’t straight! I wasn’t happy with what Steve told me about the indicator light saying it had nothing to do with the alignment but he is WRONG! The indicator light came on because the car feels like it’s driving on icy roads due to the improper alignment! Lastly, whenever someone sets up an appointment, it would be nice if they told your customers that payment via credit card carries a 3% fee, instead of blindsiding them when they pull out their credit card to pay & then are told about this fee! Not a good way to do business.
