Jody my sales person did an extraordinary job. I asked for a Green 2027 Bolt LS with a tech package but no supercruise. I found out later Chevy doesn’t make it. None the less Jody tried. He gently got me to realize Chevy does not make one. Ended up buying a Chevy Bolt Rs with the tech package and no supercruise. I Don’t do highways! We did a test drive of the car I ultimately got. It is perfect for me. The RS had a recall Jody handled that. He made sure I got a vehicle I could drive. Drove the fixed RS to my house so I could get to an important meeting. This has been a truly great experience. I hate driving and hate having to buy a new car. Jody made the experience pleasant. Yes, I am a potentially difficult customer. Bought truck Oct 1 this is now Nov1 and I drove it for 1 day. Then transmission had problems and it’s been in your shop every since just to have an USED transmission put in it. I was lied to by management about this situation and was never given a loaner car even tho I asked several times. hORRIBLE experience all the way around. Then when asking why this or that is being done blame always past on to someone else (the GM Pete)

There was no haggling as the price was already lower than any competitive dealerships, and they offered me a great interest rate which was 2% less than one dealership that was playing games with me before visiting Spitzer.
